Photography is not allowed, so the pictures are generally architecture, the floors, walls & corridors, ceilings etc.

Exhibition @ 8Q sam was based on the theme: School.
Missing Chalk & blackboard? I wrote "Band & Saxophone" on the blackboard.

Really long Bamboo sticks were joined up, it's like a little playground to me.
Felt the child-like excitement in me, when I was @ the corner, looking across the room.

Try not to refer to directory in the Museum, sometimes, I don't like it to be structured.
With an overdose of exploring & learning attitude, get amazed by the collections & the words.

Nightmare disturbed my sleep.
Earth changes, catastrophe.
Secured myself in a corner.
My bloody legs & blood-stained glasses everywhere.
Deep blue sea, no where to be seen.

Woke up, trying to catch my breath.
Checked & assured myself that it's a nice raining morning on a holiday.

This one is different from Shokudo Marche Style. It's Shokudo - Japanese Pasta & Pizza! @ Cineleisure. You'll be spoilt for choices.
Germ & me tried Teriyaki chicken before... This time, we ordered seafood cheese.
I prefer the former.
Pasta: Hotate & Asparagus in cabornara style.
Finger food: Potato wedges
This is the best.
Dessert: Single scoop Rock Melon.
This is comparable to Häagen-Dazs' Rock Melon ice cream.

Farewell

Haven been blogging, cos I've been busy with Scrapbooking!
I made 6 of them as farewell gift. Super busy, so managed to take pic of the following:

Can't explain the sudden jittery when I saw saw my empty workstation & my pc in complete shutdown mode.
Worse was when I heard "log out" for the last time.

Lazy Sunday with Anne & Charlyn.

We met early morning for prata & Cinos @ THE ROTI PRATA HOUSE.

After breakfast, we went supermarket to buy ingredients to cook pasta.

Tips to share: Buy this brand "Angelhair" spaghetti! Cos it cooks in 2 mins. & it's yummy!

So we played with the dog & the dog played with the children.

We chatted about work and FUTURE PLANS. Haha, I told Charlyn: "Very important, Japanese & photography... & most important of all, find a good husband. "

Emotionally dependent & over-attached personality,

As though I have zero personal matters to deal with.
Whenever friction occurs, the final verdict is

It's been a bad week.
Encounters with 80 - 90 different characters @ battleground.
Some with extreme values in life, drove me nuts.
Fatigue.
Asshole luck, the bus broke down.
Famished.
Hail a cab instead, cabby took the long route & got stuck in traffic congestion.
(Argh! Now with a clear state of mind, I'm guilty of being rude, I guess he trying to avoid the gantries' chrges.)
Fury.
Bugging me to return a non impt call
Frustrated.

End of hectic & stressful day, I beg to have a peaceful evening.
A nice dinner & my favourite 9pm drama to wind down.

This used to be my file's front cover. No expression, so using "Airbrush" I filled up pair of eyes & a faint smile.








Bus ride back home, staring out @ the busy traffic.
My mind wander, wander to those memorable moments- good, bad, or both. & some, I recalled while blogging this entry.

Cancerian trait, I have superb memory for such details:

豆, Chinese characters handwriting practice.
Kindergarten Chinese teacher complimented me for good effort & gave me a kiss on my cheek.

Yellow dirty little fellow.
My mum sent me for drawing lesson. My Cousin Kelvin & I were in the same class, it was a "See who is faster"contest. I did the outline first, with black crayon & smeared yellow crayon over my drawing of a duck.

Bullheaded since young.
I was 10, didn't wanted to take instructions from my makeshift guardian who complaint erm ... no, feedback to my mum on my defiance. To protest, I remembered not eating for days & having hit till my knuckles bruised. That was the last time Mum gave me the cane.

Good habit.
I used to jog with my dad. Clad in my jogging attire & my Minnie Mouse waist pouch, I joined my dad for my first jog @ reservoir. I gave up when I reached the first quarter of 4.8 km. Haha. Now, we're on different jogging schedules & lately, I haven't been doing so.

Red Ant & Bird shit.
These are the classics of secondary school days. The red ant was @ the edge of my collar when my best pal discovered it. Intended to shoo the perilous insect away from me, instead she accidentally shove it into my uniform. It bit me & I cried out "shit" in midst of National anthem.

After band practice, with my 2 juniors walking to the bus stop. I was almost near shelter, when bird shit drop on my nose ridge. Human instinct, my fingers touched the shit & I looked @ it in disgust. I stopped my Juniors to ask for tissue & they DISAPPEARED instantly & came back laughing non stop.

First Ktv session with Ade @ Violet.
In those days, we didn't have mouse to click or easy to navigate Remote ctrl. You had to browse through a very thick file & select the song with input of a super long code.

Push cart business @ Meriden
Short-lived venture. Wholesales Nail sticker & sourcing for consignment prdts for sales. Stressful but it was a fruitful experience!

Clubbing @ Zouk & Phuture
Party till 3am, attend tutorial @ 8am. Work hard, play hard.

Amazing X'mas party
I never knew I could be part of amazing race. It was a party organized by the department committee.
Hitch a ride from passing lorry to train station, distributing Mentos to strangers, joining bands to form a skipping rope, eating curry puff & then solve a puzzle to the destination.
I say it's the best game experience of my life!

"Ten years down the road, I bet you'll still remember this!"

My favourite phrase: Those were the days.

This morning@ Morries, on behalf of my Mum, I redeemed surprisingly bulky HTS.
The service staff carried it out of the redemption centre to the roadside for me to hail a cab.

Together with Premier Cabby Uncle (about grandfather's age), we hauled the HTS in the boot. When we reached, he offered to help me with it to the lift.
" No, it's okay. I can manage."
" You sure?"
"Yes, sure. Thank you"
"No lah, I helped you."
This time, I had to hold up the box to proof.
"Woah! 有吃饭 hor!"
We both laughed & I thanked him again.

Customer service is about civics & moral education.

First wedding dinner since teenage years, didn't know that serving first dish- "cold Platter" accompanied with overture is a standard practice.

Pictures from Junior's Camera: We only started to remember to take picture from the 5Th dish.

I like the way deep-fried buns' shadow cast on the plate. (the one with a bowl of crab meat sauce) Btw, the food are really good!

Mar 08- Michael's house warming, Jun 08- his big day... The phases of life!
